just got my order last week, and everything's decent! the 'classic black turtleneck' is really soft, exactly what i wanted. shipping was quick, especially considering i'm in the UK, but i did find that my discount code wouldn't work on the sale ankle boots i had in my cart, which was a bit of a shame.
